1. Acceptance of Terms
Binding agreement for all portal users and authorized partners
By accessing, browsing, or registering as an authorized e-Mitra, CSC kiosk operator, vendor, or consumer beneficiary on this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the portal services.
2. Eligibility & Partner Responsibilities
Obligations regarding beneficiary registration forms
Authorized partners and operators processing consumer beneficiary forms must ensure absolute authenticity and accuracy of all uploaded documents, including electricity consumer numbers, identity credentials, and property roof specifications.
- Partners are strictly prohibited from charging unlawful excess fees to consumers beyond authorized government processing schedules.
- Account credentials must remain confidential; partners are fully responsible for all file submissions originating from their login session.
3. Subsidy Disbursal & Verification Disclaimer
Conditions governing Direct Benefit Transfers (DBT)
All Central Financial Assistance (CFA) subsidies and bank financing options are subject to rigorous verification, physical inspection of net meters, and final technical clearance by the respective state distribution companies (DISCOMs) and central ministry authorities. Portal administrators do not guarantee instant approval if statutory utility guidelines are unfulfilled.
4. Modification of Terms
The portal management reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes formal acceptance of the revised terms.
