Prior written permission or formal partner alignment is required before establishing external hyperlinks directing traffic to this portal. Authorized e-Mitra, CSC kiosks, and vendors may integrate approved portal links solely for application assistance purposes.
- Links to the portal must open in a separate browser window and must not be loaded inside frames or proprietary software wrappers.
- Misrepresentation of government affiliation or charging unauthorized service fees under the guise of official portal branding will result in immediate termination of partner credentials.
3. Terms & Conditions for Authorized Partners
Obligations of e-Mitra, CSC and VLE operators
By accessing the partner dashboard and submitting consumer beneficiary forms, operators agree to adhere strictly to the operational guidelines established by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
- Operators must verify the authenticity of consumer electricity bills and identity proofs prior to form submission.
- Wallet balances and commission settlements are processed subject to successful technical clearance by state distribution utilities (DISCOMs).
- Any fraudulent file submissions or misrepresentation of installation statuses will invite legal action under applicable IT and administrative acts.
